Frequently Asked Questions
Gate access is available 7 days a week from 6 AM to 11 PM. This applies to all customers. Our secure gate system ensures only authorized tenants can enter the facility during these hours.
Yes! We carry a full range of boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and other moving supplies in our office. Stop by during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) to purchase everything you need for your move.
Our rentals are month-to-month, so you are never locked into a long-term contract unless you choose to prepay for a discount. We require 10 days notice before you move out.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit, and cash. We also offer automatic monthly payments for your convenience so you never have to worry about missing a due date.
We do not provide insurance for your personal belongings. We recommend checking with your home or tenant insurance provider, as many policies can cover items in storage. Alternatively, we can recommend third-party storage insurance providers.
